About me

Sarah has enjoyed Pilates for many years, discovering early on the positive impact it can have on both the body and mind. With a background in gymnastics, she developed a strong foundation in movement and body awareness, which naturally led her to Pilates as a way to build strength, control, and balance.

Alongside her career as a physiotherapist, Sarah has seen first-hand how effective Pilates can be in supporting people with a wide range of goals. Inspired by both her personal experience and the benefits she observed in others, she decided to further her training and completed her Level 1, 2 and 3 matwork qualifications with APPI.
Her approach to teaching focuses on helping clients move well, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies, whether they are completely new to Pilates or returning to movement. She particularly enjoys how Pilates complements other forms of exercise and often incorporates it into her own gym training to support strength, prevent injury, and manage everyday aches and pains.

Sarah is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone can enjoy the benefits of Pilates. She is continuing to develop her skills and is due to complete her ante and postnatal Pilates qualification with APPI later this year.
